Celebration of the Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday 1443H at Pusat Sains Matematik UMP

The celebration of the Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday by the Centre for Mathematical Sciences was held on Friday, 29th October 2021 or 12 Rabi’ A-Awwal according to the Islamic calendar. This event that was successfully organised by the Kelab Kebajikan of the Centre for Mathematical Sciences was celebrated for the first time at the centre. 

The whole event was conducted in hybrid mode, where it took place online as well as face to face at Block B1 in UMP Gambang. The celebration started with Salatul Hajat by the male staffs at the prayer room followed by Yasin recitation by all staffs in both online and offline modes. The celebration was graced by an invited speaker from the Islamic and Human Development Centre, UMP, Ustaz Md Abdu Bin Sahak who delivered a talk on “Remembering Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)”. Hopefully the celebration has grown our faith and love towards the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the event will continue for years to come.
