Edutour: Data Engineering Workshop by Quandatics Academy Sdn Bhd

Three staff and 25 students from the Centre for Mathematical Sciences, UMP, have successfully joined and completed the “Edutour: Data Engineering Workshop” which was organised by Quandatics Academy Sdn Bhd on 2 August 2022. The workshop was conducted by Miss Noor Nadia Aqilla binti Noor Affendi, a Data Engineer at Quandatics Academy.
During the workshop, participants are introduced to Data Engineering, how to process customer’s raw data, working with data such as importing, filtering and transform data using Talend Open Studio. It is a hands-on workshop, which participants are guided throughout the workshop and using real data. With the knowledge attained from attending and participating the workshop, the participants obtained additional knowledge to prepare and process data using Talend Open Studio.
