Full Accreditation Visit MQA for MSc. (Industrial Mathematics) Programme 2020

MSc. (Industrial Mathematics) Programme has undergoes full accreditation evaluation by MQA on 29 – 30 January 2020 at Centre for Mathematical Sciences (CSM), UMP. The evaluation was done by two expert panels from MQA Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hisyam Lee (UTM) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wan Fatimah Wan Ahmad (UTP) accompanied by MQA’s Officer Miss Nur Atiqah Abdul Rahman. Seven areas have been audited including Programme Development and Delivery, Assessment of Student Learning, Student Selection and Support Services, Academic Staff, Educational Resources, Programme Management and Programme Monitoring, Review and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). Huge contributions come from the committee members who have put their full commitment to ensure the quality of the programme starting from the programme was first offered in September 2018.
Congratulations to all CSM’s members especially Master’s Committee, CSM Management and Administration Staff, Lecturers and Students who have contributed to ensure the programme is successfully accredited by MQA. Our sincere thanks goes as well to UMP’s Management, PKPA’s staff, IPS, PTMK and Unit Keselamatan UMP for the commitment and support throughout the evaluation process. We received good comments from the panels. It is our aim to ensure the quality of the programme is up to the standard and we will be maintaining a high quality in the curriculum delivery as well as responsiveness to the needs of the stakeholders.
