Half-day Consultancy and Training on Research Methodology

UMP Paya Besar, 26 Feb 2023 - Centre for Mathematical Sciences in collaboration with Mutiara Biru Ehsan(MBE) has succesfully organised half-day consultancy and training on Research Methodology which was delivered by Professor Ts. Dr. Mohd Rashid bin Ab Hamid, an HRD Corp Certified Trainer (12030).
There were more than 20 participants involved in this program that comes from all over Malaysia that are currently working in various sectors and industries. Throughout the training, the participants were exposed to, among others, the introduction to research, methodology which includes the research design, research paradigm, the sampling techniques, level of measurements, instrumentation, data collection and introduction to descriptive and inferential statistics. Despite that the program which was conducted through online platform, it received an overwhelming involvement and engagement from the participants.
According to the Dean of Centre for Mathematical Sciences, such program is very much anticipated in giving consultancy training to the industrial workers especially which is related to its staff’s expertise.
