On the 24th of November 2023, Pusat Sains Matematik (PSM) achieved another successful milestone by organizing the sixth Monthly Mathematical Colloquium (MMC) of the year. This gathering served as a platform for intellectual exchange and featured a knowledge-sharing session by one Master student, who was under the supervision of Dr. Nor Azuana Ramli.

The MMC commenced with an enlightening presentation by Mohd Syafiq Asyraf Bin Suhaimi, a dedicated Master student. The title of his presentation, " Development of a Predictive Algorithm for Heart Disease Using an Ensemble of Logit Model and Nearest Neighbour Tree Method Based on Smartwatch Data" immediately piqued the audience's interest. Mohd Syafiq Asyraf delivered his presentation with flair, captivating the audience and providing valuable insights into his ongoing research.

 
Following the presentation, an interactive Questions and Answers (Q&A) session ensued. The audience displayed enthusiastic participation, actively engaging with Mohd Syafiq Asyraf. They offered constructive suggestions and comments, contributing to a dynamic exchange of ideas. These invaluable inputs are expected to play a pivotal role in shaping his preparations for the upcoming pre-viva examination, a significant milestone in his academic journey.
