PSM invited to the CMERP Enhancement Workshop by Abyres Sdn Bhd & Cybersecurity Malaysia

On 4 December 2021, a CMERP Enhancement Workshop was held and organized by Abyres Sdn Bhd & Cybersecurity Malaysia at The Zenith Hotel, Kuantan. The workshop secretariat invited representatives from the Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM), namely Dr. Siti Zanariah Satari, Dr. Nor Azuana binti Ramli and Dr. Ku Muhammad Na'im bin Ku Khalif to attend a slot in this workshop. The workshop was also attended by TS Dr. Aswami Fadillah Mohammad Ariffin, Senior Vice President, Cybersecurity Responsive Services, Cybersecurity Malaysia and Mr. Mohamad Jamal Suleiman, Chief Executive Officer, Abyres Sdn Bhd.

PSM through the Data Analytics program has signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MoU) with Abyres Sdn Bhd & Cybersecurity Malaysia for the Work Based Learning (WBL) placement of students in the industry for one year. Through this workshop, PSM has been invited to conduct a research collaboration for malware data from the CMERP system developed by Abyres Sdn Bhd & Cybersecurity Malaysia.
