Researcher at PSM UMPSA secured GERAN PENYELIDIKAN KERJASAMA STRATEGIK MTUN 2023

A researcher from the Centre for Mathematical Sciences UMPSA, Dr Noratikah Abu has secured a GERAN PENYELIDIKAN KERJASAMA STRATEGIK MTUN 2023 with a total fund of RM40,000.
The title of the research project is “Enhancing Rice Import Demand Forecasting in Malaysia: A Hybrid Approach Integrating Box-Jenkins and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) Models”. This grant will commence for a period of 24 months, starting from 1st November 2023 to 31st October 2025.
Hopefully, this will spark off more research grants involving the researchers in the Centre for Mathematical Sciences.
