Work Based Learning (WBL) Workshop with Industry Coach program for Bachelor of Applied Science in Data Analytics

On September 9, 2023, a Work Based Learning (WBL) Workshop With Industry Coach program for Bachelor of Applied Science in Data Analytics was held at Pulse Grande Hotel, Putrajaya.
The objective of this program was to facilitate an introduction session between Academic Tutors and Industry Coaches, provide exposure and explanation of the role of Industry Coaches in the WBL approach, and offer guidance and training to Industry Coaches regarding the assessment procedures for WBL courses.
The program was attended by Industry Coaches from various industrial partners, including Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad, Telekom Malaysia, Cardas Research & Consulting Sdn Bhd, Cybersecurity Malaysia, Abyres Enterprise Technologies Sdn Bhd, Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, Najeehah International Sdn Bhd, Ever AI Holdings Sdn Bhd, Myspatial Sdn Bhd, TT Electronics, INet Spatial Sdn Bhd, UMP Advanced Education Sdn Bhd, Prasarana Malaysia Berhad, and Involve Asia Technologies.
Representatives from PSM (Preserve Stewardship Management) were led by Dean Prof. Dr. Mohd Zuki Salleh, PM. Dr. Mohd Sham Mohamad, Deputy Dean (Academic & Student Affairs), along with 12 BSD lecturers and 3 administrative staff.
All the Industry Coaches involved provided positive feedback and were enthusiastic about the success of the WBL program. We hope that BSD students will achieve success in their respective industries in the future.
